Dear Hilltop Reserve Community,
This letter is to inform you of the results of our Covid-19 testing performed last Thursday, May 19, 2022. I am pleased to let you know that our Covid-19 PCR testing identified No Positive Team Members and Assisted Living Residents. If our Monday, May 23, 2022, testing comes back negative, then we’re only required to have one more negative test which is scheduled for May, 31,2022 to exit Outbreak Status.
However, there is another variant of COIVD which is the BA2.12 which is expected to spike in June with hospitalizations increasing four-fold. For this reason, we encourage all of our residents, families, and associates to limit any possible exposure by limiting contact with large crowds and to stay masked when in public. Please notify an associate if you are not feeling well so that we can continue to limit transmission within our community. We ask visitors to let us know promptly if you test positive at any point. Please do not visit if you are not feeling well or have had an exposure yourself.
Please be reminded that although being vaccinated and receiving a booster does not prevent a person from contracting COVID-19, it greatly reduces the chance of severe illness with hospitalization. There are many locations where you can receive an initial vaccine, a 3rd booster shot, or a 4th booster shot for those over 50 years of age free of charge. Most retail pharmacies provide them. If you need any assistance in scheduling your shot and/or transportation to get there, please let us know.
If you have any further questions, please reach out to me on my direct number (303)780-6305.
Sincerely,
Rhenne Cervantes, Executive Director
